Introducing our high-quality Lock Heavy drawer slide with a capacity of 150lb. Constructed with 1.5mm thick Q235 steel plate, these drawer slides are designed to support heavy loads without any deformation. Through rigorous testing, these slides have been proven to withstand over 150,000 opening and closing cycles.

Our drawer slides are equipped with special galvanized blue sealing surface treatment, ensuring superior anti-rust and oxidation resistance. The industrial grade dual bearing balls inside provide smooth operation even when carrying heavy items. Additionally, the rubber crash pad minimizes noise during use.

These Lock Drawer Slides are designed for easy installation and removal. Simply press the black handles on both sides simultaneously to lock or unlock the drawer. The slides can be locked in both fully closed and fully opened positions to prevent sliding, making them suitable for a variety of applications such as shelves, cabinets, industrial drawers, RVs, trucks, and vending machines.

With a size of 11.8" (300mm) and a fully extended length of 23.5" (597mm), these drawer slides require a clearance of 0.50" (13mm) on both the left and right sides during installation. The blue handle has an approximate length of 1.18" (30mm). Refer to the provided image to determine the appropriate rail size based on the drawer depth.

Please note that screws are not included with the product. You will need to purchase M4 screws separately for installation. When installing the drawer slides, ensure to push the inner ball bearing to the top of the slide rail before connecting it, and then the installation process will be complete.
