Locking & Detachable Heavy Duty Drawer Slides

Unique Features: The locking and detachable heavy duty drawer slides are designed for both safety and convenience. When the drawer is fully closed or fully opened, it can be locked to prevent sliding, ensuring stability and safety. To unlock, simply press the black handles on both sides simultaneously.

These slides can be separated using the lock handle—simply press and hold the lock handle while pulling outward to detach the three-track system. They find applications in goods shelves, mechanical cabinets, RVs, trucks, safety drawers, exhibition drawers, and heavy truck drawers.

Made from 1.5mm thick high-density high-strength cold rolled steel, these drawer slides boast a maximum load capacity of 150 lbs. The three-stage extension allows for full extension, ensuring drawers can be pulled out completely for easy storage. Installation Guide

To ensure proper installation: 1. Choose the Right Size: Select rails according to the depth of the drawer, ensuring the chosen slide size does not exceed the drawer's depth. 2. Reserve Clearance: Leave a clearance of 12.7mm (0.5 inches) on both sides for mounting. 3. Alignment: Ensure the drawer section slides parallel to and at the same level as the cabinet section slides.
