【Installation note】 Suitable for 20-22 inch drawers. The space between drawer and cabinet wall needs to be 0.75in on each side, totaling 1.5in (inside cabinet width - outside drawer width = 1.5in). Note: For installation, ensure that the two slide rails are parallel to each other and that the drawer portion slides parallel to the cabinet portion slides and is in the same level. Mounting screws are not included, but you can purchase different M6 screws according to your specific installation scene.

【MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY: 500 lb】 Made of Q235 steel plate with a thickness of 2.5mm, the drawer slides have a high density and strength, with a carrying capacity five times stronger than ordinary ones. They can keep your drawers stable and safe even when carrying up to 500 lb, having undergone 800,000 opening and closing tests under full load without damage.

【30 years service life】 The surface of the drawer slides is treated with electroplated blue zinc for oxidation resistance and anti-corrosion ability, resulting in a service life of at least 30 years. 【With hold-still lock】 There is a yellow handle to lock and unlock the slides. When fully extended or closed, the slides will automatically hold still (in a locked state) to prevent sliding and keep your drawer stable and safe. Pressing the lock handle on both sides of the slides unlocks them for free sliding. (Lock length: 1.18"/30mm)

【3-fold full extension】 The slides have a width of 3" (76mm), a length of 20" (excluding the lock length), and a fully extended length of 40" (1000mm), with a maximum load-bearing capacity of 500 lb/226 kg. The "3-fold full extension" allows the drawer to be fully accessed for easy storage. These slides have various applications such as goods shelf, industrial drawers, mechanical cabinets, RVs, trucks, vending machines, safety drawers, exhibition drawers, and heavy truck drawers.

【Installation NOTE】: 1. Each set includes a pair of slides without mounting screws, but you can purchase different M6 screws as needed for installation. 2. The 3rd section of the slides cannot be disassembled for safety reasons, as they are typically used for carrying industrial-grade heavy items. 3. The shorter the slide, the heavier the weight load.
