Made from 1.5mm Q235 thick steel plate, the three sections of rails are constructed with high-strength, high-density, high-quality cold-rolled steel. They can support heavy load storage without deformation and have a limited rubber pad made of ABS plastic at the bottom, providing good wear and impact resistance. Testing has shown that these slides can withstand more than 150,000 opening and closing times.

These Removable Ball-bearing Drawer Slides are designed with two sets of ball bearings made of solid steel balls, enhancing fluidity and load-carrying capacity. A hidden removable button on the back allows for easy installation and cleaning of drawers.

Featuring Full Extension Slides and a Double Anti-rust treatment, these heavy-duty drawer slides support full access to the entire space within the drawer. The galvanized blue sealing process on the slide rail surface isolates it from air and water, increasing oxidation and corrosion resistance.

For installation, the slides require a length of 11.81" (300mm) and a full extension length of 24.02" (610mm). The installation clearance on the left and right sides should be 0.50" (13mm) each. The rails should be chosen based on the depth of the drawer, ensuring the length is less than or equal to the drawer size.

Please note that screws are not included with the slide rails, so M4 screws will need to be purchased separately. When installing, push the inner ball bearing to the top of the slide rail first, then connect it with the slide rail to complete the installation. Be sure to refer to the image above for guidance.
