Heavy Duty Slide with Lock

To ensure proper installation of AOLISHENG heavy duty drawer slides, please follow these steps:

1. Measure the length of the drawer
2. Choose a slide length that is less than or equal to the length of the drawer
3. 3-Fold Slides - These slides enable full extension, making them suitable for shelves, cabinets, industrial drawers, RVs, trucks, vending machines, and more.

Lock Drawer Slides & Non-Removable

Press the yellow handles on both sides simultaneously to lock and unlock the drawers. They can be securely locked when fully closed or fully opened to prevent sliding. These locking slides are ideal for shelves, cabinets, industrial drawers, RVs, trucks, vending machines, and more.

Max Load Capacity: 500lb

Our heavy-duty drawer slides are constructed from 2.5mm thick Q235 steel plate, ensuring high-strength and high-quality storage without deformation. The bottom of the slides features a durable rubber pad made of impact-resistant ABS plastic. These slides have been tested for over 200,000 opening and closing cycles.

Full Extension Slide Rail, Double Anti-Rust

The galvanized blue sealing process on the slide rail surface provides anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion properties. The fully extendable design allows for easy storage access, making it suitable for a wide range of uses.

Notes on Slide Rails

1. For user safety, heavy-duty slide rails cannot be disassembled.
2. Locking mechanism is only effective when drawer is fully closed or fully opened.
3. Screws are not included with the product. M6 screws can be purchased separately.
4. Slide rail lengths start at 18 inches, with weight capacity decreasing by 10lb for every two inches increased.
